Our Surveyors
Excellence in technical competency is likely to be near the top of your list when
choosing a warranty provider, so we’ve made sure our surveyors are qualified to
work on a wide range of developments.
Our surveyors will work alongside you on site and make checks to ensure every unit
you build has been constructed in accordance with our current technical requirements.
Technical requirements are outlined in our Technical Manual. The site audit surveyor
will also be continuously monitoring the standard of construction for each new development
against the 20 Quality Criteria contained in the Premier Guarantee Guide to Procedures.
Checks carried out by the site audit surveyor include:
- A plan check
- A check of calculations
- A review of the historical records for the site
- A check on the site investigation procedures and reports
- A review of any remediation measures and subsequent verification procedures
- Visits to site to check standards of construction
- Checks on materials or components used in the construction
- Checks that relevant guarantees and warranties required from third parties are received
20 Quality Criteria contained in the Guide to Procedures are meticulously
recorded on a series of web-based Site Audit Reports and the results form an integral
part of a continual assessment programme. Our Surveyors are subject to a rigorous
vetting process, which measures their performance against specific key performance
indicators.
