Premier Guarantee are delighted to announce the launch of our new Site Surveying Company - Premier Guarantee Surveyors.

By developing some of the most innovative, competitively priced and above all secure warranty solutions on the market, Premier Guarantee has become the warranty provider of choice for some of the UK’s leading developers.

This new initiative allows us to provide a streamlined and efficient warranty and building control service to developers, further improving the already high standards set by Premier Guarantee.

The success of this new company has created national opportunities for experienced and committed surveyors. Applicants will join the new team, working closely with our developer and builder customers, undertaking design assessments, inspecting residential and commercial properties and ensuring compliance with technical standards and Building Regulations.

Working from home you will enjoy the flexibility to self manage your workload, maximising the time spent on site, whilst still benefiting from being part of a successful team. Applicants must be highly self-motivated and hold a full driving license. This role will give successful applicants the chance to grow, use their skills, experience and technical knowledge to the full.

You should hold a relevant professional qualification in this field, have excellent communication skills, a positive approach to customer service and building control or structural warranty experience.
