Claims

On the day of completion you will be asked by your developer to undertake a handover inspection of the property.  Any damage such as marks, chips, scuffs, scratches and staining must be noted to your developer at the time of the inspection as such damage is not covered by Premier Guarantee.

• If you are claiming under our New Homes or Premier Partners schemes and your policy is less than 24 months old, click here.
• If you are claiming under our New Homes or Premier Partners schemes and your policy is more than 24 months old, click here.
• If you are claiming under our Self Build, Commercial Buildings or Completed Housing schemes, click here.
• If you are making a new claim under one of our schemes in Ireland, or are a homeowner in Ireland with an existing pyrites claim, click here.
