Developer Registration

Before you can access our Premier Guarantee for New Homes scheme, you must be Registered with Premier Guarantee.

As part of the registration process we will carry out a Developer Assessment, which will measure your eligibility by looking into areas such as past experience, health and safety processes, quality control and the sub contractors you use.

Registration costs £500 per application.  Contractors and other parties involved in building your developments do not need to Register with us.

You can apply for a quotation at the same time as Registering with us.  Simply complete a copy of our New Homes application form  and send it in with your Registration form.
