Protect the asset - in the event of a defect at any point during the policy.
Provide an exit strategy - should the owner wish to sell the asset, the policy is fully assignable to either individual or institutional purchasers.
All builders must register with us, meaning they sign up to our rules covering technical standards and defect rectification. We take into account claims history, relevant experience and financial strength before deciding to quote or awarding a rating which is used to calculate the premium.
