Conversion and Refurbishment Warranty

We provide latent defects structural insurance for refurbishment and conversion projects of all scales, including office to residential conversions.

You will be protected by our New Homes Warranty which will safeguard you from any structural defects during the first 10 years after your build is complete.  Our warranty insures the existing building and the new work.

Features of our cover:

  • 10 year Structural Warranty cover
  • Insolvency cover available both pre and post completion (subject to approval)
  • Full risk transfer in years 3-10 of cover
  • Cover available for mixed-use development
  • Cover as standard for alternative accommodation, additional costs, removal of debris and professional fees
