Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2011

The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards are an invaluable opportunity to recognise the very best developments in the UK housing market, setting winners apart from their competitors and demonstrating their position as a market leader in the construction industry. However, the overall aim of the awards is not only to raise the profile of house builders in the UK, but also to showcase the importance of quality construction in improving the standard of living for all.

This year's Excellence Awards have been the most competitive we have seen to date. The quality of the sites entered where outstanding and with over 165 nominations the competition was stronger than ever.

Winners were selected over a three-month judging process, culminating from a round of site visits from our judging panel. Developments were judged entirely on the quality of workmanship and build, elevating winners as the highest quality developments in the UK.

Out of 165 nominees, 90 were selected for shortlisting and from there our National, Regional and Commended winners have been announced.
