Celebrating 15 years of Premier Guarantee

This February, Premier Guarantee celebrates its 15th anniversary - and what a 15 years it's been!

Since we started trading in 1997, the construction landscape has changed significantly, however our aim has always been the same - to provide the country's property developers with high quality services, coupled with a commitment to delivering the best customer service available on the market.

Over the past 15 years, our range of products and services has changed significantly.  Starting out as a new home warranty provider, we now offer over 25 different services to our clients, ranging from insurance solutions, to sustainability and regulation compliance services, all offered with the same goal - to make house building easier for the UK's developers.

Last year, Premier Guarantee provided warranty cover on 20,000 housing units, a figure which we're expecting to increase in 2012.  To date, we've arranged cover on over a quarter of a million new homes across 17,000 developments and work with more than 6,000 property developers, including some of the UK's leading house builders.  Our international operations have allowed us to move into new territories, and after just four years, our Spanish office have already acquired Spain's top five developers as clients, firmly establishing themselves as one of the country's leading providers.
