Technical & Surveying Services

Our technical services team are always on hand to provide information and guidance on a range of issues concerning your development, from Technical Audits to Modern Methods of Construction. Our in-house team will provide day to day support, while our surveyors will provide you with any on-site assistance you might need.

Technical Audits
Our Technical Audit process is designed to be flexible and site specific, giving our customers greater control over their inspection programme, providing you with a bespoke inspection plan for each site you build.

Your Site Audit Surveyor will liaise with your Site Manager to arrange your inspections in line with the activity on your development. At each visit, your Surveyor will also review any other work that needs attention, as well as discuss any actions from previous site visits. For conversions and complex schemes, you will receive additional support and guidance to assist you on your build programme.

Technical Assessments
When you register with Premier Guarantee, you will undergo an assessment to determine your technical competence to allow you to build to our standards. Our assessments are based on 12 areas which will be used to demonstrate your level of ability, including site supervision, use of sub-contractors, site facilities and safety policies. Current and past work can be used to demonstrate your competency.

Once you have successfully completed your assessment, your registration with Premier Guarantee will be complete, and will be valid as long as you maintain your registration with us.

System Approvals
Due to the demand for new ways of working, we have developed a process of assessment to ensure that products and systems comply with the relevant British and European Standards as well as our own Technical Requirements.

Our system approval process provides our customers with a straightforward, cost effective process, enabling you to get the approvals you need to help you get on site as quickly as possible.
