How does the referral process work?

We only work directly with brokers so that you maintain your relationship with your client.

When you accept to work with us you will have access to training and guidance on all our warranties so you can answer any question ensuring credibility.

Working closely with your client you can choose to fill out their application form or guide them to complete their own. We will work with you to make sure your application is dealt with quickly and effectively.

Unlike annually renewable insurance policies, latent defects insurance is a one off premium covering structural defects for the length of cover of 10 or 12 years after build completion. By assisting your client choose the best level of cover for their development will encourage your client to return when they start their next project.
