New Homes Warranty

Our New Homes Warranty has been developed for house builders working on newly built or converted/refurbished, private residential developments ready to be sold after completion. In most cases, mortgage lenders will only lend if the property is covered for the first 10 years by a recognised structural warranty provider and as one of UK's leading warranty providers, Premier Guarantee is well recognised by the majority of lenders.

Our New Homes Warranty protects against any structural defects which may occur in the first 10 years, helping you to sell and giving the homeowner peace of mind that we've got it covered.

Features of our cover:

  • 10 year Structural Warranty cover
  • Insolvency cover available both pre and post completion (subject to approval)
  • Full risk transfer in years 3-10 of cover
  • Cover available for mixed-use development
  • Cover as standard for alternative accommodation, additional costs, removal of debris and professional fees
  • Road and sewer bonds


To be eligible for this scheme, developers and builders must join the Premier Guarantee Register. You do not have to register to get your initial quote.
